Idea Cash Back Offers on all New 4G Smartphones on Idea Network à POSTPAID

Terms & conditions (Postpaid)

 

  •          Handset Cash Back offer applies only to new 4G Smartphones (excluding NetSetter and MiFi device) latching on to Idea network for the first time in the period between 23rd Feb’18 and 30th April’18 (Both Days included)
  •   Applicable for all Idea Postpaid Existing and New customers on Nirvana Plans starting from Rs.389 monthly rental.
  •         The applicable Idea Postpaid mobile number on upgrading to new 4G smartphone (handset IMEI coming for 1st time on Idea network) must be on Idea Nirvana plans starting from Rs 389 rental
  •          In case a customer while being on non-nirvana plans upgrades to new 4G handset during the cashback offer window, he/she can migrate to Idea Nirvana plans starting Rs 389 rental within 30 days of new 4G handset upgrade.
  •          Customer’s cash back offer eligibility duration will start from date of identification of new 4G Smartphone (IMEI) appearing on Idea’s network for the first time with Nirvana Plan on it
  •          Customer should continue on the Nirvana Plans >=Rs 389 rental for the entire duration of 36 months. Customer may toggle between the nirvana plans in the duration however, if he moves out of the listed plans even once, then the eligibility for Cash Back will be cancelled.
  •          Cash Back benefit will be given in 2 instalments and will be credited in Bill as “Cash Back” to the Eligible Subscriber’s Idea Postpaid account
  •          Cash Back Benefit of Rs.2000 shall be credited in 2 instalments:

 

o     First instalment of Rs.750 shall be credited at the end of first 18 bill cycles i.e in 19th Bill

o     Second instalment of Rs.1250 shall be credited at the end of 36 bill cycles i.e in 37th Bill

 

  •          Customer's Number should be active at the time of credit of Cash Back i.e in 19th and 37th Bill cycle
  •          Customers moving from postpaid to prepaid will not qualify for the cash back offer
  •          Benefits of postpaid Nirvana Plan are subject to change. For latest benefits, customers may visit www.ideacellular.com

 

Conditions for First Instalment of Cash back of Rs.750: 

 

  •          Customer should latch on to Idea network using the same 4G Smartphone IMEI and mobile number at least once in a bill cycle for first 18 bill cycles to be eligible for first instalment of cash back.
  •          Customers can upgrade/downgrade on other nirvana plans subject to minimum monthly bill plan rental being Rs 389
  •          Customers need to ensure Total Payment of Rs.6000 in the first 18 bill cycles 

 

Conditions for Second Instalment of Cash back of Rs.1250:

 

  •          Subscriber who qualifies for first instalment of Rs 750 can only qualify for second instalment of Rs 1250
  •          Customers need to remain active on same mobile number on Nirvana 389 or higher rental plan for next 18 months
  •          Customers need to ensure total Payment of Rs.6000 in next 18 bill cycles (19th bill cycle- 36th bill cycle)
  •          Same 4G smartphone IMEI is not a mandatory condition for second Cash Back Instalment. Subscriber can avail 2nd instalment of Cash Back by continuing on any 4G smartphone (any 4G device latch at least once a bill cycle) during 19-36 bill cycles subject to other conditions defined above being met

 

Other Terms & Conditions:
1. This Offer is available to Idea postpaid subscribers only and cannot be used along with services provided by any other telecommunications service provider in India. 
 
2. Multiple mobile nos with same IMEI will not be eligible for Cash Back offer. 
 
3. This Offer cannot be combined with any other device offer provided by Idea. This Offer is not valid for special, commercial or enterprise plans. 
 
4. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Idea and each subscriber and by subscribing to the Offer, subscriber accepts the same as binding upon him/her. 
 
5. The terms and conditions of usage of Idea, so far as the same are not inconsistent with the present terms and conditions, continue to be applicable upon you as a user of the mobile services. 
 
6. Idea will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Idea’s reasonable control. If Idea suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Idea will not be liable to compensate any subscriber for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer. 
 
7. Idea has no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims or disputes and any resulting damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, relating to the customer availing, not receiving or customers use of the offer. 
 
8. Idea makes no warranties or representation whatsoever in respect of the offer and the mobile services including as to its fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, quality, availability, disruption or error free operation. 
 
9. Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Idea regarding Idea’s services or its availability. Idea’s network and the provisions of the Offer is available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and Idea makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc. 
 
10. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Idea and the subscriber submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai alone.
