| * Rs.500 Advance Usage Charges– The Advance Usage Charges of Rs. 500 will be refunded to the customer@100/month (adjusted against his usage), with effect from his 5th bill, for a period of 5 months |
| The refund would be a maximum amount of Rs. 100/- per month from 5th month till 9th month only. In case in a particular month the usage is less than Rs. 100/-, the amount of his usage will be discounted and the balance amount, if any, will not be refunded in subsequent months. |
| This amount will reflect as an AUC refund on the bill. |
| In case there is no usage in a particular month, customer will not be entitled to discount in that particular month. This cannot be completely refunded unless customer continues to be on Idea network till his 9th bill is generated. There is no separate security deposit amount that the customer needs to pay. |
| Assumption: The Estimated Monthly bill is arrived on the assumption that 80% of the calls are local calls while 20% comprise of STD calls. The estimated monthly bill arrived includes the monthly rentals and service tax of 12.36%. |
| Monthly Feature fee is charged in advance for one month. All rates are inclusive of Airtime + IUC (Access Charges). |
| Detail Bill will be charged @ Rs.25 and it is optional. Subscribe for Paper Bill and get bills to ur registered EMAIL ID FREE with Detail Bill. To activate SMS ACTEBILL. The services could be restricted in case of usage exceeds the credit limit or non payment of dues Accuracy of measurement of time is 1 milli second. Call Duration is rounded upwards if it is equal to or more than 1 milli second |
